Can we sign an NDA before getting a quote?

Yes. We understand the importance of protecting intellectual property, especially in R&D departments. Before you send any CAD files, we can sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA). We analyze inquiries internally. You can find more details in our Privacy Policy.

What are the maximum dimensions for a 3D print?

For FDM technology (engineering materials), our standard build volume is 300 x 320 x 325 mm. For SLA technology (precision resins), it is 153 x 77 x 165 mm. We can also redesign very large structural parts, divide them into modules, and safely assemble or bolt them together.

Do you issue VAT invoices and accept deferred payments?

Yes, we mainly cooperate with the B2B sector and issue a full VAT invoice (23%) for every order. For our regular production partners from the Silesia region, we offer convenient monthly billing and deferred payment terms.

I don't know which material to choose for my machine. Can you help?

Of course! If the part is to operate at high temperatures, underwater, or bear heavy loads – simply describe the working environment in your request. Our engineers will select the appropriate structural polymer (e.g., ASA, Nylon, CF) for you free of charge.
